Dallas Electrical Contractors

I have read the reviews and I have to say I don't agree with a few of them . Dallas has been my Plummer, electrician for both my home and my business for over 20 years. My wife is extremely fussy and she loves the way the folks from Dallas take care of our home and I don't trust anyone else to take care of our Plant. I have also depended on the folks at Dallas to recommend other vendors to me, all of which have been superior. Sorry if you don't agree with me but just maybe you should examine the situation and how you would have handled it better had you been the Contractor.

3 experiences and neither were good. 1st 2 technicians didnt fix the work and were very sarcastic. The 2nd set they sent to fix the original issue fixed it but then took issues with the 2nd issue. Then I was forced to use them again, they never showed up and then sent the request in 4 days later saying the work was complete. I have communicated this to Duke Energy and told them to stop sending this company to my house. There are other electric companies for sure that has to have better customer service and experience than what I've dealt with Dallas Electric. ***Update to my 1st review. Just spoke with Duke Energy again and was told that Dallas electric stated they came to my home on the 28th to replace my light fixture and I purchased the wrong fixture. Pure lies...noone ever showed up.

Dallas Electrical delivered excellent work on our project. Clean conduit runs, precise installation and fully up to code. Professional, on time and great communication from start to finish. Highly recommend Jon and crew!

You call because your water heater has manufacturer warranty for parts, but the lady on the phone is rude because they didn't do initial installation however manufacturer says you can use any license plumber. This right here would not be who I would do business with. Cause you will still get paid for labor just not parts.

I will advised any customers who has any issues with plumbing or electric and looking for a professional , knowledgeable , intelligent, well communicated with outstanding customer service, trustworthy. Sorry to inform this is not the company. They lack all of the above and they don’t like to hold themselves accountable for their action and they communicate Nasty and are very very RUDE! No one need to do business with a company who don’t have an understanding without customer you don’t have a business. Learn to communicate and when hired to do a job you should be prepared for the job. Don’t insult the customer and try to blind side them by beating around the bush, now I will make sure no one goes through this.
