Darren with Dallas Remodel and Renovation, is a thorough contractor who was part of 2 massive remodeling projects at our home. He showed up on the worksite daily; sometimes on weekends including Sundays and was willing to meet with us any time and day that was convenient to us for any questions we had. He was always reachable by phone and text and we trust our home completely in his capable hands. Even our neighbors across the street noticed his work and came by our home to hear about his work. They ended up using Darren’s company as well and they have a new extension now! If there is any remodeling to be done at our home, we only call Darren with Dallas Remodel and Renovation. Darren has completed several projects for me over the years. He has always been professional and has high standards and expectations of contractors that work with him. Darren remodeled my home 2 years ago. I was very pleased when it was complete. It looked beautiful. He said it would take 4 - 6 weeks and it took 6 weeks. It ended up costing more because of things they uncovered (I think about $11K?). The craftsmanship has not withstood the test of time. 1) My wood floors keep bowing up - he came back out and fixed them once but won't return my texts now. 2) There is a section on lighting in my house that won't turn on. Again, he had someone come out and fix this once but won't return my messages now. 3) The fixtures in the bathroom are loose. I have a small ranch home and he almost completely remodeled it. While he did a good job in most places, it looks like I am going to have to replace my flooring which is throughout the entire house. Now I
