Highly recommend Justin at Dalrock Foundation Repair. He recently inspected two different properties for me and provided an honest, expert opinion on both. Their rates are fair and his knowledge is top-notch. Even if you already have a quote, get a second opinion from DFR and ask for Justin.

No one looks forward to foundation repair, but Dalrock is simply the best in the business. My scheduled date was rained out and with excellent communication, I was quickly rebooked. The crew arrived on time, finished my work efficiently and did an excellent job. They fixed all of my foundation issues and put in root barriers for a tree that was too close to the house. Everything was cleaned up and put back the way it was when they arrived. And all for a reasonable price. I highly recommend!

Amazing job! Very professional, courteous, punctual and efficient. From the office to the field, Great experience. They let my house and landscape in a very good condition. I need 12 piers put in around the front, the house was in bad shape but when they finished ît immediately fixed the problem areas. Can't say how much I appreciate what they did. And can't believe they got it all done in one day including clean up. Awesome experience.

Inspector Justin was prompt, professional, and personable. As it turned out we did not need foundation repair. If we did Dalrock would have strongly been considered.

The work performed on our foundation many years ago was done very well. The annual inspection performed today was no exception. These guys are the best!
