Daltile, American Olean, Marazzi Stone & Slab Center

Basically an all tile all granite supplier! Good rates per square foot and easily accessed from the interstate. I would not hesitate to use them to order any tile or counter top. Fast order fulfillment and the tile was not broken! Very professional and the loading guys are good with their forklifts.

The lady who helped me was not that knowledgeable and was abrasive! Wouldn't let me finish speaking my sentences and interrupted a conversation I was having with another customer! I would not have her in my store front

Not a professional business. They did not have a showroom like their website indicated. I was referred to go there by my contractor. I drove one hour to look at their merchandise. Their website stated the hours of operation was 8-4:30. They told me they close at 4:00 and they tried to get this changed on their website but it was impossible. This is strange as I sat in their parking lot and read some reviews, another person wrote a review years ago with the same complaint. I can't image that anyone would want to do business with them.

I’ve ordered through them before but just to note, the woman who answered the phone is very rude when asking about ordering more tiles. She has a condescending tone when she speaks to you. Honestly, that’s not even worth the 1-star.

Staff are really helpful and friendly, and they do have a great amount of tiles in stock online. Their showroom was closed however, and it would have been nice to know that before we drove 20 miles to visit. Once again however, wonderfully friendly and helpful staff. They directed us to other tile places to help us out.
