Our drain line broke and we had quite a bit of water damage. The plumber suggested a restoration company but we preferred to do our own research. I am glad we did as we found Damage Restoration Authority. They were VERY knowledgeable and explained everything before getting started. It was helpful to know what to expect as we were stressing out. They cleaned everything up and dried out the space. Their movers accommodated our schedule and were very friendly. They were very informative and kept us up to date on their progress with the insurance company. They adhered to their repair schedule which was refreshing and helpful.

A water pipe burst behind the kitchen wall. They did a great job drying up the space and were able to save most of the materials. They were true to the timelines they quoted which was very helpful and did a great job managing our insurance claim, which wasn't easy. I highly recommend them.
