love this guy and the work he did I split between him and another and would suggest them to anyone-prompt, fair, neat and thorough. and being local he is known to other contractors and never heard anything but good. peace of mind from paying for the right work and the city asks we use licensed people-next door my neighbor had a fire because an Unlicensed contractor wired a plug in the wall. so I know I got it done right and never do I think of worrying. thanks mr. d.
