They were professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. The installation was done efficiently and neatly, and they took the time to make sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. I also appreciated how clean they left the space — no mess, no hassle. It’s such a relief to work with a company that is reliable, skilled, and clearly takes pride in their work. 5 stars. We had Dan Dunn Plumbing & Heating out recently for annual maintenance on our tankless water heater. They arrived right on time and spent a full two hours doing a thorough job. Scheduling was easy, and the cost was very reasonable in my opinion. The technician was extremely knowledgeable about Navien systems and clearly has a lot of experience with them. He was friendly, patiently answered all our questions, offered several helpful tips we hadn’t even asked for, performed a complete flush and testing, and referenced the official Navien service manual for our exact model to ensure everything was done correctly. I Highly recommend Dan Dunn Plumbing.

From the very beginning, Dan Dunn Plumbing & Heating LLC played an essential role in bringing that dream to life.
