F.W. Webb Company - Seabrook

The folks here are top notch. They treated me with respect and helped me with a new water heater. I'm not a plumber but I'm also not completely incapable. They helped me through the entire process. A big thank you to the staff at F.W. Webb Seabrook.

As a local business owner of an oil tank replacement company we use this Webb location frequent. Always stocked and always taken care of. John who is the primary salesman we use is extremely helpful with excellent knowledge and customer service skills. he always makes sure we have what we need to complete the job.

I went there today after being referred from an employee at a big box store down the road who wasn’t able to help me with a specialized hose I needed for an outdoor sink. The employees there were so helpful. I was ready to replace the whole hose and purchase adapters to get it working but they were able to get my existing hose fixed. I had never thought of going there before because I thought it was a store for plumbers rather than regular home owners but after their superb customer service I will definitely be checking there when I have other projects. I didn’t look around too much but I saw grills and other items too. Thank you F. W. Webb!

Soooooo....first time reviewing a Plumbing Supply Store. It's all about the service and Richie in Seabrook exemplifies the word... S E R V I C E; Helpful: Called the manufacturer while I was there to confirm I was buying the right ejector pump for the right job (basement bathroom + laundry. OUT OF STOCK: Seabrook did not have the one I needed in stock. Richie found it, CALLED THEM to ensure that the computer inventory system was accurate BEFORE giving me directions to get there. FOLLOW-THROUGH: Called me later to confirm that it ALL worked out as needed, asked if he could be of any further assistance. Reallllllly? What a pleasure-thank you for making my errand successful and less of a hassle than it easily could have been. 5 STARS for Richie. .

John Rudolph at the Seabrook branch is the most kind, and accommodating counter person there. This guy never fails to greet me as I walk in the door and makes me feel like I’m at the right place all the time. If I can’t find a product he shows me where it is, if it’s not on the shelf he will find it and ship it to the store or my house/jobsite as quickly as possible. This guy even helps on pricing once in a while if I think something is too expensive and I’m about to go elsewhere. He knows the value of keeping the customer happy and i actually look forward to coming in and seeing him. My whole team loves this guy! He treats us all good.
