After searching months for someone to rebuild the floor under our roofed patio I stumbled across Dan searching stamped concrete. Amazingly I received a callback from him the same day. This was as much a construction project as was it concrete job in order to preserve the roof and a full foundation underneath. The moment I spoke with Dan I felt confident that he was the only person we had dealt with not "afraid" to tackle our job. As with all renovation jobs, unexpected things came up and he was not shaken and quickly found ways to correct those problems. I couldn't be happier now that the project now that it is complete. We ended up replacing pavers on pool deck as well with stenciled and decorative concrete for steps, and added landscape lighting to the newly designed pavilion. Dan

Dan Guardo runs a first class contracting company from start to finish. He designed a beautiful stamped concrete patio for us that was exactly what we had in mind. Dan has the best crew - professional, friendly and skilled. We observed quality at every level of the project - they are stamped concrete artists! Also, the final cost was exactly what was quoted. This was the worst experience we ever had with a contractor and we built a house!!! The only thing he is good at is making up excuses. Watch and see how many he has if he responds to this review. I wasn't going to write a review but recently it became clear that he DOES NOT STAND BEHIND HIS WORK and I want to save others from the experience we had with him. Less than a year after he finally finished installing our pool, his crappy concrete job around the pool cracked. Now there are many places where the concrete flaked but this was a real crack. He had his people come out and fix it. They did a poor job but at least it wasn't cracked anymore. We cannot say enough good about Dan and his team! Dan took an extraordinary amount of time with us to ensure we were comfortable with every detail of the project. He was timely, patient, creative, and communicative resulting in an absolutely gorgeous pool!
