Avoid like the plague. Dan told me we had 3 layers of shingle on the roof and it was both a hazard and illegal. We hired them based on what I thought was a personal relationship and that I could trust him while we still lived out of town and couldn't confirm, boy was I wrong. Asked multiple times for pictures of the roof and date codes from the top layer of shingles so we could go back to the inspector/previous owner to recoup some of the cost. Never received the pictures after being promised so got suspicious. Reached out to the inspector and he shared more pics from his inspection and there is no evidence of multiple layers. This was a painful $20k lesson and if i could figure out a way to post the VM he left me I would.

A special thank you to Trevor from Thompson roofing. He came out for us three times in the last year and a half. The first time was to fix a problem on other roofer started and never came back to fix. the second time was to inspect the roof the main roof of the house that they had done several years ago …made a few simple repairs to keep us going for another 10 years and the third time was to come out because the squirrels were getting in the attic he made quick business of the repairs had just the parts we needed and charges a very reasonable price. This company did work on our plaza roof after causing it to catch fire by leaving a hot tar bucket on the roof, approximately 2 1/2 years ago. The work that was done after all of the repairs and refurbishing of the stores from the fire damage, was not done properly therefore the roof is leaking after any rain or snow. Calls that have been made have been ignored repeatedly. A roof should NOT be leaking after such a short amount of time and if it does the company that did the work, should stand behind their work. Not so with this company.
