Dancer Concrete Design has completed multiple projects for my family over the past 5 years. Nick and his team continue to impress us with their professionalism, reliability, communication, prompt response, and quality of work. We completed a multi-room basement project, with the hopes of maintaining the historical style of our house. No flooring options made sense besides revitalizing the original concrete foundation of our home built in the 1920’s. Dancer worked with us on developing our vision and they delivered a finished floor that left us beyond impressed. Our basement floor had one defect that developed after a few month. We had a wonderful experience working with Nick Dancer and Dancer Concrete. From our first meeting at his office to the final product, everything was positive and enjoyable. We're building a new house and they did our concrete basement floors in a charcoal gray polished finish. We were blown away by the finished look and would use them again in a heartbeat. We have worked with Dancer Concrete Design twice. We remodeled a grocery store that is now our church. Dancer did the lobby floor and several other smaller rooms in the building. We did stained concrete as well as natural. This was 6 years ago and the floors still look like the first day they did them. So easy to maintain!! They just recently finished a 2nd project for us. 6 Days, 2800 Sq Ft, Finished product - polished natural concrete that we love. Great company to work with!!!

When we renovated our studio at Anchor Films, we knew the concrete floors needed an upgrade. They were hard to keep clean and looked beat up. After speaking with DCD, they recommended we have the floors ground, polished, and sealed. This would not only provide a more functional space, but also would look incredible when finished.
