Daniels Heating &Air was extremely easy to work with. I needed a new bathroom ventilation fan/light installed for my parents in Springfield. I live in East Tennessee now but was able to discuss the install with Troy, the owner, who sent Josh to install within 24 hrs and make it happen. I also appreciated the text invoice and payment system which made everything a breeze. If I need further work done I will not hesitate to use them again!

I had an issue with my new unit they installed not heating properly. I contacted TJ with Daniels Heating and Air and gave him the specifics. He was able to send a crew out the same day. The minor issue was resolved, and I have heat again. Our appointment was scheduled for 4:00 pm. He actually pulled into our driveway 10 minutes early! That never happens! From that moment on he started his semi- annual maintenance check. He covered everything efficiently and professionally. When he was done he reported that everything was good with a minor exception that a capacitor was operating less than optimal. It was still got but would probably need replacing later this year. Since later this year put that into the middle of summer, we decided to get it changed out now. When that was done, he showed us the old part performance vs. the new one. We appreciated him showing us why we made the right decision. The furnace in our new construction home was only blowing cold air. James from Daniels was here within 2 hours and fixed the situation quickly. Turns out our unit just needed a good cleaning from the construction dust and debris. James was knowledgeable, friendly and was extremely respectful of our home and property.
