They installed my new tankless water heater and communicated every step of the way. They confirmed the appointment before and called me when they were heading my way and asked my preference on everything as they installed. They walked me through everything when completed to make sure I knew what to do in an emergency. I highly recommend them - very helpful and communicated before during and after!

Hutson plumbing has always taken care of us in Whitehouse! Through my experience building in north Nashville I have learned that not only is Hutson reliable, they are the kind of people you want working in your home. Very trustworthy and they do great work!

I would never reccomend this company to anyone. They are unprofessional and disrespectful. We sent pictures and detailed description of what we needed done, the technician who showed up on site had no idea what to do, and wasted everyone’s time (my mom took off work) and the owner hung up the phone on us when trying to solve the problem. Terrible customer service. We will not be using them for anything.

Amazing costumer service - they came out for me on short notice and got my hot water heater replaced - everything was a breeze. Great family company!

We had Hutson come and repair our drainage pipe that was broken by a separate company and hidden during the building process. They were very friendly, professional, and understanding of our frustrations. They walked us through the details of what the work order would be and an accurate breakdown of the process. I was deeply concerned my yard would be absolutely destroyed by the excavation, but they put back my sod with minimal damage. I would like to personally thank and recognize Colby, Timmy, and Devin for their work on our property and will be using them again for future work.
