Hired for bathroom framing, drywall, texture, and painting. Unfortunately, the work was left incomplete and below a finished standard. The drywall had visible gaps at the top and bottom, unfinished edges, and texture that did not reasonably match the existing wall. Areas that were said to be covered or protected were scratched, and some promised paint work was not completed. When I raised concerns and asked what went wrong, I explained that the work did not meet the scope listed on the invoice (“install and finish drywall with texture”). Instead of addressing the issues professionally, the response became dismissive and personal (screenshot attached). The worse I have ever had. The screwed up my bifold closet doors so bad I had to throw them away. Then they told me they couldn't hang my interior bedroom doors because they don't have a router lol they also didn't have a ladder. They left without even telling me and left everything in a mess unfinished and when I finally got ahold of them they said oh well we can't do the job. I asked if they could at least come back and clean up the big mess they left and they said NO call the better business on us and they laughed. I am 70 years old and on a fixed income so t was very upsetting to me. That is why I want to warn everybody do not hire them unless you want a real screw up and a big mess. They also tried to get me to give them my debt card but I was to smart for that.

We needed help with fixing our screen door at my property there in Florida. We do not live there so I thought I hired someone who can be trusted. He was aware that we do not live there so he would take care of the job. He provided a reasonable quote for the repair. He replaced the screen door, did not screw it in properly and took a picture to show that it was done. My tenants reached out to me and states that the screen door fell out and was not repaired. After reaching out, he tells me that the track was warped and he did what was within the scope of the job. What's the point of replacing a screen door if it's not going to work? Fencing: We walked the project with the vender, Matt, explaining what was needed, he provide a price, we signed his PO and paid the required deposit. The sub showed up and started install, the work was very unprofessional and when we spoke with him about it, he told us he was going to pick up additional material to fix but never showed up or answered any calls, emails or text.
