Early morning email to request a visit and had a call within the hour to advise that someone would be along in an hour. Adam was very friendly and efficient. As my door is old he didn't have the part required but a quick call to the office and it was ordered for delivery and fitting next week. Excellent service all round, I wasn't expecting it at such short notice. I would definitely recommend and use again.
