Showed up on time. We're done faster than expected and left no mess at all. The 2 gentlemen who did the install were pleasant and efficient. Super easy scheduling and great communication.

The gutters on our office were overflowing. Contacted Dan’s who quickly provided a price after reviewing the property on Google Earth I assume. The price was fair and when I mentioned that it was an office opening at 8:30am, they advised they would arrive at 7 and be done before opening - which they did! Before and after pictures were a bonus. Would use them again without reservation.

Last Update (12/16): Attempted to set up an appointment with me less than 24 hrs before the appointment time and got upset when I said I would have to double check that my advocate received all the paperwork, which he said he provided. Turns out, would not provide invoice to our advocate, despite saying they agreed to the price. Even admits to advocate that he knew who we were (concerning the review) and that they didn't show up because of the weather, despite having out contact info. When we finally decided not to have him do the work after all this, his concern wasn't about making it right, it was about us changing our review. Dan’s team did an excellent job of cleaning and clearing the ice from our gutters and roof. I would highly recommend his company.
