Dan's Lawnscaping LLC

Did some patio work for me. Looked good until it rained. It seems he cut my drain lines for my wall when he put in the steps. Water was pouring out of my wall. No response when contacted about issue. Had to hire someone else to fix it.

Dan is one of the worst unprofessional, irresponsible, rude landscapers full of promises he does not keep. All he is interested in is collecting money for inferior and incomplete work, checks made out in his own name and not that of his company. Wonder how much of that gets reported. When confronted about his inferior work, he claims that he will get back to you which is an outright lie. He does not return phone calls and returns letters sent to him. I highly recommend getting written estimates detailing the exact work to be performed instead of getting empty promises. If you are looking to get a job done well, do not hire Dan's Landscaping of Florida. Some of his five star recommendations are from friends.

One of his trucks pulling a trailer almost killed my wife and me on Rt. 202 at about 8:30 AM on July 12, 2020. We were riding our bicycles in the berm, right side of the road, plenty of room to pass in a low traffic time. The Dan's landscaping pickup truck brushed close at high speed and the wide trailer came extremely close to taking out our bikes. Maybe you all can just take a bit more time to take care with the lives of others on the road, and if Dan's landscaping does take out a cyclist or pedestrian down in the future, hopefully this post indicates that this business has drivers with little regard for other lives or safety.

I do not recommend hiring Dan's Landscaping! He was paid for a job he didn't complete and after several attempts to make contact we are now pursuing the matter in small claims court.

They received payment from me in New York, in advance, for a job in Port Charlotte, and do not get back to me to know if job is completed. They do not respond. looks like they took my money and disappeared.
