Dan just came by and fixed my dishwasher. It was one of my best service/repair experiences since moving to the Buffalo area several years ago. Dan was prompt, professional, and VERY fair in his pricing. He did the job for significantly less than the estimate from the company that installed the dishwasher in the first place. He came recommended by a friend from work and did not disappoint at all!

Awesome Repair Work and Excellent Customer Service! I called Dan's to repair my older Maytag washer & dryer. Although he was booked & I had to wait a couple days, it was worth it! He fixed the dryer and discovered the problem with the washer, but needed to order a part, which only took a couple days to come in. We set a date for him to come back, but I had to cancel that morning and what a joy the gal who schedules his appointments is! Seriously! She was understanding and rescheduled a day that would work for me without a cranky attitude. It's rare to find great work and customer service anymore, let alone both in the same experience! I'll definitely use Dan's Repair Center again!

Great service, fixed my snowblower at the end of the season last year and I never got the chance to try it. This year first time clearing the driveway it still was not 100%. Took it back with the reciept and no questions asked, they stood behind the work and there was no charge 11 months later. I highly recommend them.

Terrible experience at this repair center....brought in a very clean cordless weed trimmer with over heating issues that would turn off as it heated up. I had to call them a couple times to see status and never could talk with a tech . I told woman a couple times to have tech call me and they never did. Well picked up this unit after 2 weeks at their place and woman said they could not find anything wrong with it....so I came and picked it up...it was a dirty mess ...all covered in grass etc...I said don't u clean this before we pick up ...she said we don't do that here. Well...I took it home that day and had same issues again...I took trimmer to another repair center and they found out right away a motor issue....this new repair place ordered new motor and replaced it under warranty and
