Dapper Plumbing, Heating, and Electrical

Logan and Kevin came to my place to check out an issue I have with my sink. They explained what was going on and what needed to be done to resolve it. I was informed that there were several options regarding the repair. I am very pleased with their service and commitment to resolving the issue.

A long overdue review that i have been meaning to write... This company is great!! Last July on a Thursday night.. my water heater broke down all of a sudden. Friday morning I made a few calls, almost every company quoted me an egregious amount for the urgent replacement request or charged a service fee to come up and inspect my unit.. Dappers technician Alex York showed up. inspected the unit and gave me a lowest quote of all .. he even waived the service fee and gave me a hug (honestly i needed that) .. this guy is awesome!!! he spent 3-4 hours replacing the unit and even changed my plumbing so that maintenance is easy to do in the future. Not to mention Heidi who handles front desk is awesome and was able to get me scheduled quickly (Thank you Heidi!!)

They fixed my heater after a different company botched the job. When they fixed it, they caused a wire to short that didn't show itself until after their test runs. They turned back around and had it fixed immediately. Problem free since then. They even hooked up my dog with a dapper little bow tie

This is the first time we've had to call a plumber in the 13 years we've been here. But Dapper installed the Natural Gas service to our house for the gas range. They also installed the exhaust fan over the stove. And their great work is why we called them for plumbing work. Alex was wonderful to work with. He communicated well about what was going-on. Our sewer pipe under the house was backed-up above the clean-out 'Y' so it was going to be an ugly and unpleasant job. But he stayed directed and busy and got the line cleared with snake, and all is now right and good. We shared a cup of our home roasted coffee with him before he cleaned-up the work site and departed. And if we have need again with electric, gas, or plumbing. . .I know we'll call Dapper.

Kevin did great. He was here on time, very helpful in explaining what needed to be done and the reason why. I will definitely call Dapper for any of our plumbing needs. He replaced two outside faucets and had to re route a bathroom drain.
