Brandon was very fast to respond (30 minutes)to our backed up septic tank. He is very personable with a great deal of knowledge. I asked several questions about my system and what to do for future use and he helped in every aspect. Attached is a couple of photos of how bad our system was backed up and what he found after dumping was my son’s cars that he said he didn’t want anymore so he flushed them down the toilet. Again, I would highly recommend Darby Creek Septic (Brandon) I can’t thank you enough for helping us out. If you need your septic tank emptied out, this is the company you want to use. They were quick to respond and did a great job. We had an emergency on a Sunday and Brandon did not hesitate to fit me in. Can’t wait to see them again in 4 years lol.
