Eric did a wonderful job bringing our vision to life! He went above and beyond what we could have hoped for and worked tirelessly until the job was completed!

I would give Langham Land Mgt 10 stars if possible. He succeeded where others failed. We have an almost half-mile long gravel and dirt driveway, part of which is on a hill. We have been dealing with potholes, erosion, and damage from water since we moved in. The other contractors would simply do a quick surface job - just move some gravel around the problem areas - take their paycheck and leave. Langham is the only one who addressed the causes of our problems, not just the symptoms. As a result, our driveway is still as nice to drive on now as it was the day he did the work some time ago. Eric takes his work very seriously and does the job right. Highly recommended!
