Dark Star Marble & Granite

We had a great experience with Dark Star Marble & Granite. Steve was very friendly and happy to take the time to show and explain the different types of products to choose from. The install guys were friendly and professional didn't take them long at all to install. There was one place we saw later on granite countertop and Steve came out fixed it, polished it and now it is perfect.

We recently completed a remodeling project for my master and hall bathrooms and we purchased Quartz countertops for each vanity at Dark Star. During our visit to the showroom, we selected two different slabs that were a perfect match for the bathrooms. We worked with Steve D. in the showroom and he was very helpful and informative assisting us in making the best selection of quartz for our remodeling job. There was absolutely no sales pressure and the communication was great throughout the whole process of selecting, purchasing to installation of the countertops. We were also able to make electronic payment for the purchase so we didn't have to drive back in to the showroom after making a final decision on the purchase which was nice. The installation of the quartz was absolutely seamless

Not a very user friendly place to get what you need. Seems to be a directive from the ownership on down - very mismanaged. Ended up having a better experience at Home Depot - avoid this place. Too bad too as they are local for us.

Love ❤️ Love ❤️ Love ❤️ my new granite countertops and beautiful sink from Dark Star Marble & Granite. We had a few measuring glitches along the way but the team at Dark Star made it happen & made it right!! I chose Vanilla Ice Granite & they let me pick my slab to get just the right lightness and movement in the stone. I am so happy I finally put my kitchen together & equally happy that Dark Star was who I chose .

Showroom was ok. Seemed like fewer options than other places. Pleasant staff. Installation was a problem though. Apparently they subcontract all installs and the quality of contractors varies a lot. I doubt I would use them again.
