We called Darren when our freezer wasn't working. After describing what had happened, Darren told us, step by step, what to do to fix it. He said we should try that before having him have to charge us for a visit. We did what he told us to, and it worked. So for everything he did, from answering the phone himself to saving us time and money, he gets five stars from us. We will definitely call on him whenever we have an appliance problem.

I highly recommend that anyone with an appliance problem contact Darren Smith for repairs. He was very quick to respond for my issue of a burner not working on my stove. Upon his first visit he was able to determine the issue which was the burner itself. He then explained that he would locate a new burner and get back to me as soon as he could. Later in the day he called having locating the burner, ordering it then called to setup a second visit to install the new burner. I enjoyed his visit as he was very forgiving in dealing with my two dogs. He in fact went on to tell how much he loved animals. He was only at the house a few minutes, figured out the problem and was in his way. I thank you for your service and quick repair of my oven.

Darren Smith has been out to our house twice, once to repair our Kenmore freezer and a second time to repair our Samsung dryer. The man knows his stuff, and we're grateful for his expertise. He's become a trusted advisor whom we highly recommend for appliance repairs.
