No stars! Worst customer service ever. No one is working there and definitely could care less about customers. Dug up a Colorado blue spruce tree that was purchased last holiday season, had the original purchase tag on it stating 1 year guarantee and price $78 + , had original now faded holiday bow on it....did not have the receipt. Receipts fade before you get them out the door but who keeps a holiday tree receipt for 9 months??? Shouldn't tree, tag and bow be sufficient plus digging it up and bringing it in. Oh did I mention, I have witness who was with me when I purchased (my husband is disabled vet who couldn't go with me) tree and have witness who planted it for me bc im handicapped, retired and on a fixed income. Paid someone to dig it up and take it in today....would not

I used the mobile check-in process for store pickup. I initially checked in, then realized I still needed to purchase another ONE item inside the store. After paying for that item, I went to the pickup location. As soon as the associate handed me my order, she spoke to me in a condescending and unprofessional tone, stating that she had been waiting over FIVE minutes for me because I had already checked in. I was honestly dumbfounded by how aggressive her approach was. I have used store pickup at other Lowe’s locations before, where I’ve had to wait in line while other customers were being served, so I don’t understand why this situation caused such hostility. My husband and I moved into our new home last year and have been going to Lowe’s for all of our landscaping needs. David who works in the garden area is so knowledgeable and genuinely kind. He has recommended great plants to us and knows so much about everything! We enjoy seeing him every time we stop in and catching up on how far our grass and plants have come along.

Me and my family went to get a Christmas tree from here. They don’t help with tying on the tree anymore ! Since when , the last 4 years we received amazing customer service and help not this year. We will never be back . The competitor will be getting our business for now on. Laziness and horrible customer service!

This place is a lot like most other Lowes but you would be surprised at how much this place actually is like any other Lowes. Unsurprisingly the options of items seems to be slimming down. I wanted the 18" paint roller frame and there is 1 kind only. I thought it was a premium price point at $25 but I was stuck with it if I was going to paint in the morning. Overall the place is ordinary. Nothing special.
