He walked me through every step of the procedure and made sure I understood what results to expect. He came out to my property to do a visual inspection and quoted me a fair price for what I wanted done and did not try to up-sell me. He showed up when he said he would and accomplished the job in the time frame he estimated. He (and his crew) took great care in protecting the surroundings before beginning their work and were very professional in the performance of same.
