Ibrahim did an excellent job repairing our four year old GE Cafe dishwasher. I called on Sunday about the top rack not washing and he came out on Monday morning to diagnose a motor issue and confirm the repair cost. He came back with the part on Wednesday, swapped it in and had everything up and running in 30 minutes. The good news is that my dishwasher now runs better than ever. The “bad” news is that the wash cycle isn’t actually as quiet as I thought… it just wasn’t getting as much water as it should have. Now the top rack is absolutely gushing with water pressure. I am beyond thrilled to have it fixed and fully functioning. They provide a 100 day warranty on all repairs. Scheduling, reminder texts and payment process were all smooth. I left a message for repairs on my GE dishwasher. The response was quick. The repairman, Salih, came within the 3 hour time frame on the next day. The dishwasher needed 2 new parts. Getting the parts took a total of 7 days. Salih made a total of 3 visits and installed the parts quickly. He was courteous, quiet, and competent. My dishwasher is now working. The total cost was $329.00. I will use this business again.

My refrigerator died just before Thanksgiving. Dars was able to send someone out in time to save my holiday! Pricing was fair and transparent and Tayeb was absolutely wonderful. I will definitely use Dars again. What a great experience! Thank you!
