Dart has consistently exceeded my expectations, both in terms of their products and their exceptional customer service over the phone. Matt was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, while Rose was the epitome of kindness and professionalism. She was not pushy at all and took the time to walk me through the prices and any additional items I might need. Thank you, Anne-Marie, for connecting me with such a wonderful team.

We were nearly on empty and a blizzard was on its way. I have seen Dart Fuel trucks in my area and gave them a call. The customer service woman was so gracious, especially since I called on a Sunday. She set up our account and was able to schedule us quickly. The driver was friendly and extremely competent. I could not be happier and we can finally turn on the heat. Dart Fuel was delivering service to my neighbors next-door. I thought it was Mike who always delivers oil to me when it turned out to be the owner son. I asked him why I was gonna call next week to get service and he was so nice and polite to me and say we will take care of you right now he made the phone call took time out. He made a phone call called his office and they set it up for me. Dealing with Dart Fuel is the best thing in the best service I’ve ever had. I’ve been with Dart Fuel for years. Let me just say, this company is just not another Oil company. I have been getting oil deliveries from another company for many, many years, and I am so glad I found them. Every time I call, I get nothing but kindness and outstanding customer service. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed. They are prompt and courteous.
