I have had the pleasure of working with DRC on a couple of projects over the last couple years and I really enjoy it. He is very thorough, honest, is willing to take the time to explain things, and doesn't make you feel inferior for not knowing. He is upfront with what needs to be done versus what can wait, or what isn't needed. There is no nickel & diming you, or pulling your leg. Daryl is easy to work with and has integrity, if only more contractors were like him in this area!

Daryl has years of experience in construction and is knowledgeable in all modalities. With the housing market as insane as it is, I was worried we would be able to find a home inspector (and a good one) that was available. Daryl was able to get us right in and provided a detailed report within hours!! My favorite part about this experience was that Daryl PREFERS to have his clients present during the inspection, which is unheard of with other inspectors. I really appreciated his willingness to help me understand home repair needs and other issues that arise as we went through the home inspection. I highly recommend him to anyone purchasing a home.
