Kelly helped Me pick out the correct carpet for my office. There was an issues with one tile, but Kelly was quick to address it once I let Him know. One thing is that I believe they hire out the installers, which may explain why there were problems with the the tile being installed incorrectly to begin with. Thanks again Kelly for getting right on this!

I am renovating a community center and needed high quality flooring that could withstand lots of traffic, but on a small budget. Nathan helped me find a great product from Mohawk and I was able to go pick it up in Portland and save myself the delivery fee. Overall it was a great experience and I love love love the flooring I was able to get. The color is perfect and makes the whole space feel warm, open and inviting.

I worked with Modern Floors to do a large project for a commercial building. The ownership changed at the beginning of the project. The new ownership was great. The ownership sent their area manager Kelly over to work out details and to get the project moving forward. Kelly was great to work with, honest, and accommodating. If you've had a negative experience in the past with this company, I highly recommend giving them another shot. The new ownership really seems to care about serving the customer and building a good reputation in the community.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The whole team is amazing to work with, but extra thank you to Greg for going above and beyond. Our carpet for our bedroom was damaged in shipping and processing and was delayed delivery but was redone. Greg kept us informed the whole time. Great customer service and great quality product. We love our new carpet and padding, we don't want to step on any other floor!

A box of flooring I bought from Modern Flooring was returned to them in September because it was damaged. It is November 8th, and I still haven't received a refund. After stopping in to check on a refund, I've been stonewalled several times. At this point I don't expect to be compensated for their damaged product. Update: The refund check arrived November 19th, over two months after returning the damaged box and 11 days after leaving the initial review.
