Dash Home Inspection

I hired Dash to complete a pre-drywall home inspection. Immediately upon meeting him, I knew he was going to be very thorough. At the end of his inspection, he walked me through the concerns he had, what he felt was great about the house and a very thorough report. I felt as I could really trust him and that he had the best interest of his client. The price was very reasonable as well and I will be using him again for closing.

Incredible home inspection! Wanderson Silva is incredibly knowledgeable. I needed a new construction home inspection before one year warranty expired. He came on time. Did a very detailed inspection, found several serious issues. I stayed home throughout the inspection and got a chance to ask questions. Wanderson answered all of them, explained in detail every issue. My house is a 2 story townhome and he worked 4 hours, he went to the attic, roof, He identified structural, safety and code issues. Those are the things I would never know about . Would recommend to everyone who needs home inspection.
