Extremely satisfied with the service and price. I called on a Friday at 6pm and Sensible Heating and Air came out that Saturday morning. The technician diagnosed and fixed the problem. I honestly couldn’t believe how reasonable the price was for the service he provided. I Will recommend and use for all future HVAC needs!

I had David to remove an old HVAC system and all the systems venting and haul it off. He then installed 2 mini splits which work great. This was in a cottage behind my house. That was last year when I first moved here. The HVAC system in my house was not kicking in the heat when needed. There were several days last winter when we would have to use the propane fireplace as well as the propane oven to keep warm. The propane heating unit under the floor was not coming on unless we turned the thermostat up to 80 degrees. I had him to come out and se if he could fix it before cold weather set in. He crawled under the house to inspect it then connected the thermostat to our wifi so that it could communicate properly with the outside unit and thermostat. He would not charge me a dime! I h

Very prompt with a response and price was more than reasonable. We had no heat and they were able to take care of it same day. This will be our go to for HVAC service from now on.
