Hired Dave from Dash Mechanical after my existing HVAC contractor took my money and never finished the job. Dave and his whole team came in and finished the project, and was understanding after the predicament the old contractor left me in. They are true professionals and stand by there work, they knocked the work out and were neat and fast, Couldn't be more happy, and recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services and system installs, it's a true pleasure working with Dave, Chris, Brian and the whole team.

Had an EV charger installed at home on Thursday morning, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. It’s been working great, and the setup looks super clean.

We are very happy with the services we receive from DASH. Each tech (this time John) will explain the service HONESTLY, take the appropriate time to do the service, and give very fair quotes for any additional work needed. Today, John (as well as any tech we have dealt with) worked efficiently and thoroughly. Conversations about potential issues are respectful and honest. We are so glad we have DASH in our corner for maintenance and HVAC repairs.

Based on a recommendation from a neighbor in 2022 we used Dash to install a blower guard kit which was part of the Goodman Drain Pan Recall. However, that blower guard kit is causing furnace lockouts 3-4 times per heating season. Dash said they would investigate for us. Well its been 2 months and we have heard nothing. I have called several times. First they said Goodman wasn't returning their calls. Now they are just plain ghosting us. I called the Goodman recall phone line today and got the issue resolved in 3 minutes. I guess Dash feels that there isn't enough money in warranty service to bother with it. Well I'm done bothering with Dash.
