Extremely unprofessional, use a different company! Daugherty did a full roof removal and were told to re-level my roof because water was sitting in the corner. They completely gutted my roof to the point where we could see the sky from our living room. Upon completion of the OVER 15k job, the roof was still uneven, leaving water to sit in the same spot. Not to mention, tar is coming through the roof and leaking onto my living room furniture when it’s hot outside because the roof was not completely sealed the way it should have been (picture attached). They were asked to make the plywood slats match, but they are completely different colors from the original (picture attached), which they told us to stain ourselves. Daugherty sealed up a few gaps along my roof and siding, and did a great job! We had a long stretch of freezing temperatures and snowy weather, but I was kept up to date on scheduling and they came out as soon as there was a break in the weather. The crew was prompt, polite, and did a nice job. Pricing was fair and reasonable. I would absolutely recommend Daugherty - Harry and Hal were great to work with, and their customer service can’t be beat!

I had gotten several estimates for the replacement of my garage roof. It was tempting to go with the very cheapest quote, but I am SO glad I did not. Daugherty was by far the very best choice. They provided an estimate on the spot, communicated clearly in person and in the estimate, they stuck to their promised timeline despite some serious weather challenges. They truly went above and beyond. I ended up with a beautiful job that I could not be happier with. And no surprises when the final bill came!! Thank you so much to Jason and the crew that did the work. Do yourself a favor and stop looking. Just go with Daugherty. I highly recommend them!!

Some of the aluminum siding on our house was damaged, and these fine folks are some of the only ones in the Cleveland area who will deal with that. I was able to get someone to come out in relatively short order with a quick estimate of what it would cost to get everything repaired or even replaced with vinyl insulation.
