A very excellent experience with this company. They came out and adjusted the door and the motor. The previous company that looked at our door and motor said we had to replace everything and would cost $3,000! I would highly recommend Tri-County for anybody living on the east side of Greater Cleveland.

We have used Tri-County Door Service for many years, always with quick response and excellent service. Our experience the other day is an example. It appears that an animal chewed through the wires of the light sensor at one side of the door, so we could not close it. I called their office on a Thursday evening and left a message, and they called back shortly after 8 AM the next morning and said they could stop by that day around noon. Frank arrived on schedule, did the repair and provided some suggestions as well. The fee seemed reasonable. We will continue to call them for future service.

This company gave top notch customer service. The gentleman on the phone was respectful and listened to our problems. He then ensured that our cars were not trapped in our garage which would cause an emergency situation. he kindly scheduled us for a next day appointment with a service technician. Jason was very polite and professional and confidently fixed out garage door issue and made it work much better than it worked prior to breaking. The staff at tri-county door and the reasonable pricing would make me recommend them for any door problems.

They repaired our garage door when the spring broke. We decided to have both springs replaced. The price was fair and they came out within 24 hours. Otis was very professional and knowledgeable, he let us know up front what our options were and the price upfront. He made sure the job was done right and he had a lot of pride in his work. He was quick to let us know how much he appreciates our business. You could tell that he cares for his customers and has pride in his work and the company he represents. He did a safety check to ensure everything else was in good working order and gave us tips on how to keep everything lubed up and properly maintained.
