Daum is the best appliance company out there! If you have questions they will be answered thoroughly. They will come out for any repairs free of charge. Highly knowledgeable and always friendly and respectful. They won't try to swindle or overcharge you. Great customer service and work ethic. Took a reasonable amount of time for the new installation.

Can’t say enough about the great service I always receive from Daum! Dan keeps all of my 20+ year old appliances running as they should. At one point I thought I needed to purchase a new washer/dryer and he said I should fix mine as the older ones are made better. My old one is still working fine and I so appreciated his honesty…a rarity these days. I will never go anywhere else for a repair or a purchase.

Great business, very nice people always willing to help. Recently needed a small part for my dryer and they had it at a great price. Love buying anything from small businesses vs big box stores.
