Gab Pool Service

Michelle came to my rescue two summers in a row!!!! I thought it would completely need to be drained or unusable ! As you can see.... last weekend thanks to gab pools we were able to enjoy!!! Michelle and Matt are AMAZING !

I have a leak in my pool and I've been trying to contact them. They aren't very good at responding. Even if they are too busy a courtesy call would have been nice. They called me back and explained why there was no call back. I understand now and take back my rating.

I have been using GAB Pools for my opening and closings for several years now. They have been wonderful to me. Michelle and Matt answers my call and texts, even on holidays,to give answers to my questions ( no matter how mundane they may be) . As long as I have a pool,they will be my pool service.

The lady Michelle whom I’m guessing wears many suits at this particular business i believe she’s one of the Owner, part of the Service team And Secretary But isn’t professional at all upon me following up with her about a previous message I’ve left Now from her cell phone she Asked me to call her place of business back And leave a second voicemail which i found pretty weird because she didn’t return the first call And I didn’t get no response but giving her the benefit of the doubt for the third time I shoot her a text And it’s been nearly a week And what do u know? Still no response!!! If you want a return call & professionalism I Highly suggest going somewhere else!!
