Dave Lange Sewer Service Inc.

After using Dave Lange for pump out service a few times we called again for a clogged lateral drain line to a dry well. We had been satisfied with the response time and service before and assumed we would get the same again. They came promptly and attempted to clear the line, but after a half hour told me the line was clogged with roots and could not be opened and presented me a bill for the failed clean out, took my check and left. We waited for almost a week for them to give us a $2500 quote to replace the lateral. Before spending that kind of money we opted for a second quote. When I explained the situation to the new company, Their first suggestion was to let them try to clear the drain. Within five minutes snaking the line, the clog was cleared! I gladly paid them to finish Dave’s

4 of 5 stars only b/c of the price. I was getting cesspool service at 1000 gal minimum for $180.00, but AAA stopped serving the south shore. So I had to pay for a 2000 gal minimum for $340 from Lange. My tanks only hold 1000 so I take a star away. The service technician did a great job, and after hearing of the history of my system, he suggested looking for leaks, like toilet leaks. Sure enough, I found a toilet leaking silently and for who knows how long. He was spot-on in his diagnosis. What a nice guy, too. I recommend the professional service, but the price will cause me to look around this small universe of cesspool service. On time. No waiting. Professional service. Expensive for my situation. Everyone was great. Danny was very informative, honest and professional. He really did a great job. I have had the misfortune of using other companies in the past. Every tme they left, my cesspool looked like it was never touched. Not only will I refer them to everyone I know, they also have a new lifetime customer. Thank you everyone for the best expierence anyone could have.

Problem unresolved. Workers unknowlegable and inexperienced. The owner, Dave Lange's response was rude and disrespectful. We were shocked by his lack of courtesy. Highly do not recommend Dave Lange Service and will share in detail the unprofessional experience.

Dave and his company helped us resolve an issue with our septic system quickly, reasonably, thoroughly, and nicely. His team's service is much appreciated!
