We had a Rheem Hot Water unit that failed. After multiple calls with Rheem Customer service that would NOT honor their warranty. we called Dave who is certified dealer. 180 degrees difference, unit covered and installed today. 5*++

She communicated perfectly and truly listened to my information about what was going on, and why I needed their services. She was upfront about their rates, which I appreciated greatly. The plumber they sent, Rob, treated me with the same respect and kindness. He was knowledgeable and thorough, and got the job done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

Called this outfit to install a water filter. No "presite visit fee", no games. Installed the water filter in no time with a reasonable per hour charge UP FRONT.
