This was my third time hiring this company. The first two visits were excellent — even when the installer accidentally damaged my door, I let it go because the workmanship was strong. Unfortunately, the third visit was a very different experience. Although I had provided a clear photo of the flooring, the installer assumed it was another type. When he realized his mistake, he became frustrated and abruptly raised the price on the spot, saying that if I didn’t agree, he would leave. It came across as a bait-and-switch and was highly unprofessional. I informed the owner but received no response, which suggests this behavior is acceptable.
