Dave’s Heat and Air

I called at 6:30pm Thursday and they were able to fit me in on Friday. The tech arrived at 9:30am and had my ac up and running within 30 minutes. We are so happy with their courtesy and promptness. Their communication was great and they were reasonably priced. We will definitely use them again and I recommend to everyone! Thanks for the great service and experience. Dewey

So I did change my rating from a 1 star to 4... I did call on Easter and they DID answer and they DID REMIND me of that at every turn.. as if this was a some kind of a favor... You decided to answer calls on Easter so you treat it like any other day of the week. You did not do me any favors, period. I had a cheaper quote by more than $2K to install my new system but I decided to go with them because they're somewhat local company and I like to support small businesses. I must honestly say that Cameron was best to deal with because you Rhonda and David have a somewhat argumentative approach and no paying customer likes to be lectured. I can't recommend any company more than I can recommend Dave's Heat & Air. Their service department went above and beyond to fix, and help me fix, our furnace during the coldest week of the year. Cameron and Tyler were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I will continue to use them in the future without hesitation and will recommend them to any and everyone.

I have used Dave’s for several years. They installed a Heat Pump in my parents house, have had four or five service calls over the years and they have been a good resource. I needed my condensation lines blown open . I have had it done several times in the past. Different company. They charged me $100 once and $150 a second time when both lines needing cleaning. This included servicing the units. Today I paid $322 for a tech to blow open both lines. It took less than 30 minutes. No further services, just blowing open the lines. I won’t be calling Dave’s again. So much for customer loyalty or customer appreciation. They were quick to get there and the job is completed so there’s that. I just feel $322 for 30 minutes is a little steep.

I have used Dave's twice and been extremely impressed both times. Everyone from making the appointment to the technicians are skilled, very professional and nice. They will be my AC/Heating Professional from this point on.
