Higher Roofing and Construction

We had Higher roofing and construction come out after a hail storm. It took months and a lot of back and forth with the insurance company, finally going to Appraisal and Mediation to get our contractor paid. After Mercury insurance denied our claim originally, our contractor was able to prove loss and get the claim covered. They came out, reroofed our house in one day, gave us better quality shingles, redid our gutters and window screens, and then added Solar attic fans at cost, with rebates. Our insurance didn’t want cover the actual cost and continued to get out of paying. It took almost a year to finally pay our contractor. Daniel Elliot is a man who loves Yeshua and Israel, and runs an honorable business. (They import amazing wine too!, ask about that on a side note. 😁)

Daniel is the most knowledgeable and righteous roofer I have ever met. He is fair and ethical and does amazing work. He pays incredible attention to detail and he treats the people he works with with respect and kindness. Daniel and his crew took care of us from beginning till end! He came out to meet the adjuster for our roof and kept them honest on all the needed repairs! They did all the talking with insurance and all we had to do was pick out what type of shingles we wanted! He made the whole process very easy and I would highly recommend his services!!

Chase responded quickly while we still had some ice and snow on the roof. He inspected the roof by walking around the perimeter. I wouldn't permit him to walk the roof at the time because I felt it was dangerous because there was still ice. No problem for Chase! He launched his camera mounted drone and spotted many issues. A full roof replacement was needed He coordinated with my insurance company and was at my house when the adjuster arrived. That was super helpful to ensure everything was pointed out. Chase also arranged for a subcontractor of other issues beyond the roof like interior ceiling damage, fence replacement and staining, and the full painting of our 1200 sqft barn.
