I had my septic serviced by Prime Time. I wasn't aware of having it serviced regularly. When I told Mike I lived here for 25 years and never had it serviced, he explained to me the importance of having it serviced. After pumping the tanks out, he discovered that I had lots of roots in the bottom of one of my tanks. We discussed future options for that. Mike and Bernie were both very professional and we had a nice conversation while the work was being done. I would highly recommend Prime Time to anyone and will definitely be using them in the future.

Excellent work! Highly recommend this company, there were other small issues with my septic tank and they fixed it all free of charge. Plus they were fast and did a great job. Also reasonably priced!

WOW! We can NOT speak highly enough of Mike and Prime Time Septic! We recently purchased a new to us house and experienced concerns pretty early on; even with a full home inspection. Mike came out to pump what we thought was a 1-tank system… we were quickly educated on septics, how they operate, what is common to expect AND he located and dug 2 unknown to us tanks! He pumped and cleaned all 3 tanks and got us back in working order quickly! You wouldn’t believe us if we told you he suspects the 2 other tanks hadn’t been pumped or cleaned since their original 1985 install. Holy WOWZER!!!!
