I scheduled online for an AC diagnostic which was seamless. Adam came out in that time frame and gave me the run down of the issues. He was very knowledgeable and I would've went with him to fix the compressor issues. Unfortunately, whoever this companies receptionist is sounds like she hates her life over the phone. It took them a week to get back to me with a quote. She calls me, asks if I want to get it fixed and immediately asks for my credit card info. I don't have an estimate of what's being repairs or materials they need. I tell her please send it over and I'll pay the down payment through the portal since I was driving to work. A day goes by and crickets, I get another call asking about payment. She says she sent the email but the only thing I received was a schedule confirmation.

Excellent customer service from my first phone contact to the site assessment through installation and clean-up, Dave's provided us with expertise and efficiency. The installation crew (Adam, Adam and Jesus) worked quietly and respectfully to minimize disruption. We are very pleased.

I needed a new AC system due to RELAC out of business. Todd was my first contact. He explained my options, answered all my questions...even after he left and I continued to contact him. He was very patient with all my concerns. On the install day, Adam and his team arrived on time, and communicated with me during the entire process. On November 25, 2025, we had Dave’s Heating and Air Conditioning install a new furnace and a new air conditioning system. Installation of both were exactly as promised, despite the atypical and demanding conversion of the air conditioning system from RELAC, a 60 plus year old chilled water system, to the new AC system. As we were assured, the new furnace and AC are as quiet as technology provides. And, they both work!
