We hired Dave’s Home Repair to remodel our kitchen. The employee (brother of the owner of the company) stole jewelry from our house. He did it slowly over time so we did not notice until after we had already paid the balance. My wedding ring, anniversary ring, and several gold items were stolen and sold at a pawn shop. The gold was melted down by the pawn shop and I will never get that jewelry back! Other jewelry items were sold at this pawn shop (police have pictures) that were not ours and might be yours. Fraudulent! The "owner", Dave is deceased (since Mar 2, 2015). The website has a phone number that is a cell phone with Dave's voice greeting and an address of 344 Bonnie Brae... this address was sold in Sept 2016. Well, I found the business via Google and figured I would warn you here. Joe, Dave's son is going around doing "jobs" (at least that is what he would like you to think). He'll give you a quote, present a legitimate looking agreement and take a deposit. The agreement has the address above listed on it (as late as Dec 2016 ..Fraud). He cashes the check immediately and then becomes elusive and not responsive and will provide excuses to delay or cancel.
