Great experience. Dave's people went above and beyond --- very professional, efficient and explained everything. Were also very pleasant and personable. Also cleaned up left everything better than it was before they started. Couldn't be more pleased. New furnace and a/c unit look great and work great. I would highly recommend Dave's Services to anyone.

I had the blower go out, I contacted Dave’s…from first contact till the tech arrived they are extremely professional, and more importantly quick, and friendly. The Tech they sent, a young man named Johnnie was incredibly professional, and again friendly, my issue was addressed right away and they did not try to sell me on anything extra, the pricing in my opinion was extremely fair. They had the part I needed and came back and installed it right away. I will definitely be contacting them in the future for any needed repairs or maintenance.

Everyone is very friendly and professional. They did a wonderful job communicating, explaining everything, and working with me to fit my schedule. They cleaned up the entire work site when they were done. The installation looks very professional and it all works great. It was a pleasure dealing with Spencer, Dan, Jeff, JJ, and Jim.

I have never left a review for any product or business before, but in this instance I was more than willing to do so. It is rare when you can genuinely tell that a business actually cares, is knowledgeable and addresses all of your concerns. I went with Dave's because of their deserved reputation and past 15 years of doing business with them. Getting a new HVAC system can be financially scary, but it was the collective assistance of everyone -- Jamie, Spencer, Dan, Jeff and Jim -- that made that process a much easier burden to bear. JJ from Dave’s Services performed out furnace inspection! JJ actually help install my furnace 10 1/2 years ago! JJ is one of my favorite techs, he’s extremely knowledgeable and friendly and is always leaves my house extremely clean when he’s done! I would recommend Dave’s Services to everybody!!
