Troy and his apprentice were prompt, friendly and very professional. It was our first time using Trust Plumbing and we will call them again in the future. All the work in the basement and outside was done very neatly. He took great pictures of his work and explained everything that was done.

They quickly identified the problem with our hot water heater and installed a replacement within just a few hours. Throughout the entire process, the technicians demonstrated the highest level of professionalism. They wore shoe covers, placed drop cloths to protect our flooring, and took great care to ensure their workspace remained neat and tidy. Very nice friendly family run business from talking to the lady on the phone making the appointment to having the master plumber doing the work it was excellent service at a reasonable price. I will not hesitate to call them again. 5+ star all the way.
