Brian did a great job assessing the problem I was expecting with my system and provided a proposal for the repairs in short order. He arrived on time and was efficient in evaluating all of my heat pumps, even showed me a video of the leaks he discovered. Looking forward to working with Dave's World in the future for repairing my systems as well as the long term maintenance program I opted for. Well done!

My experience with Dave's World has been wonderful from the get go. It started with a energy assessment where I was given several detailed choices of how I could make my house more efficient for heating and cooling. Daryl was thorough, friendly and communicated with me even when I had questions weeks later. I ended up hiring Dave's World to install heat pumps. They fit me into the schedule pretty quickly, which meant I could take advantage of the tax rebates this year! The installation went very smooth and took less time than originally thought. All of the units were thoroughly tested and I was given a tutorial on how to use the remotes and a cleaning guide. I know if I have any questions down the road then it will be easy to reach out. Our technician, Brad, was fantastic. He inspected our unit and explained everything that was needed to get it back to 100% again. He was very courteous and respectful of our home. He asked if I had any questions and assured me that someone would call me once the parts arrived. Very happy with his service.

We had heat pumps installed, and we are very happy with Dave's World. Excellent service, careful work. Tim, the electrician, was able to thread the wire through without having to cut any holes in our ceiling, which was amazing--we understood that holes may have been required. Shout out also to Eric, Carter, and Doug. Great crew! Highly recommend!

The crew of Hunter, Carlo and their Electrian were excellent in their installation of my 2 heat pumps. They were polite, knowledgeable and proficient. Hunter easily took me through the installation process as did the electrician in the work he would perform. He reviewed locations of the heat pump unit and outside location of the main operating unit. I was very pleased with their work and professionalism. Hunter was very personable. He answered all my questions that I could easily understand. Thank you for a job well done!
