Shad's Custom Countertops, Inc. Is a cut above the rest! ;) I worked with Tarsha who is super friendly. She was responsive right from the get go and worked to get our project turned around in timely fashion. Lee and Elijah were the installers, Lee is a hoot and is clearly a seasoned professional with years of experience. Elijah was also professional and polite! Our dog Olga connected with them both and dogs know good people! You can tell everyone enjoys working for this company. We were very satisfied with the whole process as well as the final results and have been admiring the new setup all week. Oh my gosh my new countertops are in and they are absolutely gorgeous. Lee and Andrew did such a wonderful job. They were both courteous, communicated well, and very professional. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. We would recommend shades to any of our friends.

Andy was awesome! He was friendly and so professional; explained everything before he began. No one will ever know where he repaired a chip in my solid surface kitchen countertop! He clearly knows what he's doing and does it well. Shad's did our original fabrication and installation almost 15 years ago.

Outstanding! The new countertops were beautifully installed and the refinished tops never looked so beautiful (it had been 20+ years since installation). The crew was so incredibly informative, courteous, and professional. We would use them again in a heartbeat!
