I can't believe there are only 22 reviews for this incredible company! We needed our roof completely replaced earlier this year. My wife and I couldn't believe how smoothly everything went, from the initial estimation until the roof was finished. Everybody that we have dealt with has been amazing and exceeded our every expectation. We also needed some minor roof repair recently and had the same amazing experience. The crews are always spot on time, are wonderful to work with and very responsive, and do an amazing job. I also want to give a shout out to the office personnel as well. The ladies that we have dealt with over the phone are just as responsive and wonderful to work with as the onsite crews are. I would definitely recommend David Swihart Roofing for any roofing needs you may have

This company did several repairs on my clay roof and did an excellent job! They actually came back to fix a few more areas they missed after reviewing the photos from the first repair; more needed repairs I never would have known about. They are very honest and very nice people to deal with!

An absolutely amazing roofing company! Matt responded quickly, honestly, and professionally to a request for an estimate, and then provided one that was very very reasonable! Another company tried to convince me we needed an entire roof replacement, but Matt said the roof was actually in pretty good shape, but just needed some tiles repaired or replaced. While the initial scheduling of the roof repair was at 2 weeks, Jeni arranged for a Saturday team to do the work. I'm so happy with the great work they did, even to the point of providing photographs of the before and after condition of their repairs! As it was, two days later the heaviest rains we have seen in years fell on our newly repaired roof, and we were thrilled that they had done the work so well! I highly recommend David Swihart

They came and did some repairs on my roof. I am very pleased with the promptness and great service they gave me. Replacing about 8 shingles that had been damaged during the storms.

David Swihart Roofing is one of the best residential roofing contractors in Brevard. As a General Contractor, I have seen several roofing jobs (tile, shingle, metal, and flat) that Dave and his crews have finished and they've all been of great quality. Dave maintains my roof at my own house (he will 100% be my roofer once I'm due for a new roof). Dave always has a guy on site within a day or two when I call and he stands behind his craftsmanship. Most licensed roofers can provide a quality product, however only some of them actually do it in a timely matter and truly stand behind their work after the jobs done. This guy will do just that for you. I highly recommend for all residential roof work.
