David's Abbey Carpet & Floors

We've used David's Abbey in Pigeon Forge on three different occasions as we own multiple rental cabins in PF. We always get a top notch job. Recently purchased a cabin that need new floors. Kenny was very helpful with choosing the perfect floors.

For selecting tile to purchase for our new home and two bathroom showers, we were directed to David's Abby by our building contractor. The staff in store were knowledgeable and informative. The selection was almost neverending. However, when it came time to gett the pricing for 2000 sf of new tile flooring, the estimator was out so we had to wait a few days to get the quote. It was received in writing, however it was a total installed price including underlayment and a bit higher than we had budgeted. Since the price seemed a bit excessive to us so we requested a per sf price for the flooring tile only. No problem except we were talking about 2000 sf of flooring tile and wanted a per sf price of tile only as the underlayment cost would remain constant but the tile costs could vary g

Wonderful experience doing business with the entire staff. If you need it, they can get it for you. Highly recommend.

Set up appt to get estimate never called. When I called salesman gone to lunch. They told me he would call but never did. Tried to buy local.
